I was putting a nail in the wall and it was pretty long . When I pushed it it kinds bounced back as if there was something behind there. I'm a little scared to think its a electric wire and something can go bad WHAT CAN IT BE AND SHOULD I REMOVE IT?

You don't say in your question whether it's a solid masonry wall or a stud wall. If it's a stud wall I suspect you've either found insulation or a plastic pipe. If it's a solid wall then you've hit the protective channeling that cover electrical wire. Either way, stop doing what you're doing before you cause any serious damage.
Remove the nail from the hole then purchase a stud/pipe finder then try again.

Probably a stud or maybe a wire.. Get a stud finder that also detects wire and see what it is.. If it's a wire and u went deep, maybe get it checked out

Whatever you hit I'd suggest stopping what you are doing. You may have found an electrical wire, and if you keep pushing you can short out the wire and cause a fire starting spark in the wall. You won't know it until the fire department arrives.
OR you could have hit a flexible pipe. But the chances are you probably are hitting some insulation. Till you know for sure, stop what you are doing. No sense in bursting a pipe or starting a fire.
Hope this helps.

Stop! You should not be shoving a nail into a wall. If you wish to put in nails so that you can hang something or put up shelving, you need to locate the studs in the wall, normally 16 inches apart, and make sure you hammer, not push, the nail into the stud.
Since you appear to have no experience with household repairs, get your father to assist you. If he is not available, and your mother has no more experience than you, then go to a hardware store and one of the staff there will be glad to help you.
