Is it good to use internet to purchase a refrigerant leak detector?

I'm in trouble with a leak detector and now I'm seeking another one. How can I get this type of stuff in a nice shop online?

I'm afraid that, at least in my experience, finding a good source for reliable tools is becoming increasingly difficult. Especially anything electronic. Absolutely- anything Made In China.
