How do I remove cigarette smell from my leather jacket?

You have to "air" it out. This will take time. Do not put it in a closet. Hang it outside, weather permitting, or in a garage. You could also try some Febreeze on the liner, but I don't think I'd risk it on soft leather, maybe shiny leather.
