My father is a glue-aficionado and LOVES Goop (he literally goes to home-shows just to see and sample new glues). I though he was insane until I tried it.
Goop all the way. The have several varieties.

I'd try an epoxy or possibly a type of superglue. I think epoxy would work best though.

read the uses on the side of the adhesive bottle and get one that is for both porous and nonporous items. or ask the department clerk what is best as there is more than one manufacture that makes dual use adhesives. gorilla glue is supposed to be the newest and best all round glue on the market

Any of those "super-glue" types work well for non-porous materials. Though a bit more work epoxies will work as well...and even on porous materials.

Home Depot sells a glue by Elmers that says on the bottle the best glue in the world and it is. I can be used on glass ceramic rubber wood and all the rest metals. Ive used it . It really works cost about 7.00 or so. but its worth it.
