this is a device which helps when building a wall to ensure the the wall is laid straight and true. Saw it on a shopping channel about four months ago - think it was called Brickies Mate or something similar.

There is a brickies mate product, looks a bit like a plasterers hawk, well there's several. Designed to save waste by up to 40%, different types an can be used on bricks or blocks (according sizes) you can also get the track form that allows equal spacing very quickly an is set back so it doesn't show even when the pointing is raked.



You can get them from most building supply stores now an there in use on lots of sites. There easy to clean an as long as there not banged about or dropped they last for ages, there made out of high density plastic.
