How to install floating floor t-molding with cement subfloor?

I've installed a manchurian walnut floating hardwood floor from Home Depot over my concrete sub floor. I'm stumped on how to install the t-moldings. The molding did not come with a track (I've read that most do).

I tried using liquid nails on one side of the molding and gluing it to the floor. However, this is not working to my satisfaction because the sub floor one one side of the molding is slightly higher than the other side (I live in an old mill and NOTHING is level or straight). So, hardwood floor "bounces" down and up when you step on and off of it. Probably should have leveled this off before hand. But, it is what it is at this point...

I would love to find a way to secure the t-molding directly to the sub floor so there is a hard connection and everything is tight. Hopefully, this would push down the side of the floor that bouncing as well.

Would it be ill-advised to screw the t-molding to the sub floor with cement screws? Hopefully I could find a screw with a small head and just color it or putty it to match the molding.

ANY AND ALL ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everybody!

The laminate flooring (ie:pergo) transition strips (what you are calling t-molding)come with a "U" shaped metal track that is secured to the floor with anchors, and the transition strip snaps into it. This scenario will work for you, however you may need to cut the bottom of the transition strip to fit into the "U" shaped track.

Something else you may try (which is what I do), is use an adhesive (PL400 I prefer) and nail it down both sides with my brad nailer with 3/4" brads. Then putty those nail holes.

Here is how... Even if I have the metal track I use this method. Buy a 1/2" dowel of oak or whatever wood. Use a hammerdrill with a 3/8" bit. Drill holes in your concrete slab about 1" deep, 3 holes spaced evenly across the opening of a standard size door opening should be enough. Take your utility knife and widdle down the oak dowel so it looks like you can put it in the hole you drilled. Dab a bit of liquid nails on the dowel, hammer it in the hole ,cut it off flush to the concrete. Mark on your t mold where the dowels are, pilot holes in the tmold, use trim head screws, putty holes if necessary. That's how I put down the metal track as well. I don't use the anchors that come with the t mold cause they suck.
